Minimum Orders & Pricing

Minimum order quantities or minimum order values may apply and can vary by collection, product type, production method and destination.

Wholesale pricing, payment terms and any available volume-based structure are provided privately after the business has been reviewed and approved.

Prices quoted for wholesale supply may exclude delivery, customs charges, import taxes or other destination-specific costs unless stated otherwise.

Production & Lead Times

Lead times depend on product availability, order size, production requirements and the delivery destination. Some items may be available for faster processing, while larger or specially coordinated orders may require additional preparation time.

Estimated timelines are confirmed before payment or final order acceptance. Seasonal demand, carrier disruption and production capacity may affect delivery estimates.

Retail Presentation

Velixo products should be presented accurately and in a way that reflects the quality and positioning of the brand. Product names, imagery, descriptions and pricing must not be altered in a misleading manner.

• Display products in a professional retail environment.
• Avoid misleading promotional claims or unauthorised discounts.
• Do not reproduce or alter Velixo brand assets without permission.
• Maintain appropriate customer service and returns handling.

Territory & Exclusivity

Wholesale approval does not automatically grant territorial or channel exclusivity. Any exclusive arrangement must be agreed separately in writing and may depend on order commitments, market coverage and performance expectations.

We reserve the right to work with multiple retailers within the same region unless an explicit agreement states otherwise.

Online Marketplace Sales

Selling Velixo products through third-party marketplaces may require prior approval. Unauthorised resale on discount-led, auction-based or poorly controlled marketplaces may not be permitted.

Please disclose all intended sales channels in your enquiry so that channel suitability can be reviewed before approval.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Payment terms are confirmed within the individual wholesale agreement or invoice. New accounts may be required to pay in full before production, allocation or dispatch.

An order is not considered accepted until commercial terms, availability, payment and delivery details have been confirmed by Velixo.

Returns, Faults & Commercial Claims

Wholesale and retail partner orders are handled under separate commercial terms and are not covered by the standard consumer Return Policy unless expressly stated.

Any shortage, damage, defect or incorrect item should be reported promptly after delivery with the order reference, affected quantities and supporting photographs.
