Your payment method may be authorised at checkout. For on-demand production, we typically capture funds when the order is accepted for production or before shipment, depending on the method used.

If an authorisation fails or expires, we may contact you to update payment details to avoid delays or cancellation.

• We may use additional checks such as 3-D Secure or risk screening. Orders flagged by our systems may require further verification or be cancelled.
• For your protection, we do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Billing Information

If your order is placed but payment cannot be completed, we’ll notify you to update the method or place a new order.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
